W2K keeps rebooting

I have a ECSK7S5A MB - I am running a dual boot W2Kand 98. After installing a new power supply, I booted into W2K successfully -- at first. I successfully booted into 98. When I rebooted into W2K, I got a blue screen stating I had a virus, or something was wrong with the new hardware I installed. I booted to 98, which told be I had the Blaster virus. McAfee deleted it and I reported no more virus. After rebooting back into W2K, It goes through a loop. After the initialization process, the PC keeps rebooting, even in safe mode, back into W2K. Any suggesstions?
