GEForce MX200 problems with OPENGL

A friend of mine has a GEforce MX200 graphics card, that used to work fine with both WWE and Kingpin (Both require opengl), but since reformatting and installing windows ME (same OS as last time) the games will not boot when installed.

It says that a graphics card with opengl capability is required, but Interplay confirm that the graphics hard is good enough to run the game.

I downloaded the latest nvidia drivers and installed them, and this has not helped. I have also added the patches from the original disc, and all this did was change the error message from "device not found" to the one I explained above.

Help please, I cannot figure out what is wrong.........

He has 128 mb ram and a 40 gig IBM Deskstar H/D

I would say to download and run GLSetup (www.glsetup.com). They haven't updated since 2001, but I don't think there have been any new versions of OpenGL and I don't think it'll screw things up any more.

I thought the nVidia drivers included OpenGL, though.. Did you make sure that Windows is using the video card in AGP mode?

Yeah, the latest nvidia drivers do have open gl in them, but I will try the link thanx.....

How di I check the agp mode?
