printer cable

I just bought a Siemans SpeedStream 2604 Router with a print server. I have been unable to find a cable with USB type "B" connector on one end and a 25 pin parallel on the other end. I am told if I do find this it will cost more than the router. My Linsky BEFSR41 has failed after four months of use. Would appreciate any help

I'll have a look at my local electronics supply shop. They have all sorts of printer cables there.

Nah, thats the one to go from usb on pc to a parallel printer..I think he needs one to go from parallel to usb printer.

Seems hard to find to me so far.

Unless one used several gender changers, lol.

Thanks a lot for the info about cables and I am sure one of them will work.I may not even keep the router because the cable costs almost as much as the router and I have no assurance the it will work, Linskys are going to replace the router I had from them. Thanks a lot guys. The bad router I had may be the cause of my not being able to share the printer.
