disabling id3 info for mp3's

hey guys. is there any way to get winamp3 to not display the id3 or id2 or whatever its called info in the playlist editor? i have all my mp3's labeled the way i want them in the file name. can i make winamp just display the filename in the playlist editor easily without having to disable the info for every single mp3? cause i got LOTS of em...

thanks!

That's one reason I dislike wamp3... You can't configure anything, at least not where you'd expect to find configuration options.

In wamp2.x it was very easy to change the way files were displayed in the browser, wamp3 resembles of MS wizard

I'm sorry I have no insight on this, I still use 2.8 (though I do have 3 installed on one computer, just for experiment)

I'm not 100% sure as i havent used winamp3 for ages (i'm a winamp2 fan). Check the decoder options, there should be the place to choose the format of the ID3 info to display... I think there is one to display the filename ( %f maybe?)...

They may even be an option to turn the ID3 display of but yeh i can't remember.

That's the problem, there are no options for decoder in wamp3 like there was in wamp2.8.

If there is, someone please post the directions where it is, as my 'options' pane is very limited.
