Old hd in new computer. Software doesn't work

I bought a used computer (new to me I say) and installed the old hd. I just took it out and made it a slave. However, on the old computer had some programs such as Office and photoshop. I don't have the installation disk for photoshop or booklet because it was a used gift from a boss. Photoshop does work, but i think that some of the functions are not working due to being on the new system. I installed Office to my new drive, but it is still on the old drive and doesn't work. I was wondering if there is any way to just input registry keys which would cause the photoshop to work.

P - I'd say that without the install discs it would be extremely difficult, and probably illegal.

Try this link or this link.

As a "used gift" without the license it's been illegal before.

Well if it weren't being used elsewhere too, you'd have the disk, don't you think?

Welcome to TechIMO!

I have had limited success on one or 2 programs (not as complex as these BTW) by copying the program to the new drive. And then there was the tedious process of finding the dll's one by one when the program says that they are missing and then copying them to the proper location. Probably won't work here though.

Is dual-booting an option here?
