Window Enhancer

I hope someone can help me with this. I have a customer with a win98 computer who keeps getting a "search page" that says window enhancer. I think it's spyware but spybot didn't get rid of it. Through searching I've found that it's some kind of toolbar but I can't find much on it. In her add/remove it shows an IEWin-Enhancer, but search finds nothing on this. Any information would be appreciated.

Have you tried uninstalling it through Add/Remove programs?

Install a firewall program to help prevent that stuff from being installed again.
