A T-Bred XP2100+ runs at 1734mHz, so you have a pretty significant overclock when running at 2040mHz.
If you stick to air-cooling, Thermalright makes some of the most effective heat sinks, and you only need to mate them with a good fan. The SLK-900 and SLK-800 have been tested at at 0.22°C/W and 0.23°C/W cooling efficiency (see
http://www.overclockers.com/articles373/).
I use the Thermalright AX-7 (came out before the SLK800 and SLK900 were available).
For fans, all three of the above HS take 80mm fans (I think the SLK900 will accomodate a 92mm fan, too). Papst and Panaflow are generally considered the top of the line fan brands. I use Sunon, and have been happy.
I try to find a fan that delivers the most airflow while keeping noise below about 40dBA (my noise limit). Sunon has an 80mm fan that delivers 50.6CFM at right around 40dBA noise.
www.1coolpc.com carries this fan as well as others.
