TVTMD.exe ???

Norton alerted me yesterday about TVTMD.exe, trying to access the internet.

Its path is C:WINDOWS\TVTMD.exe

I don't know what it is I ran Spybot, and Norton and it claimed nothing was on my computer.

Can someone tell me what this i, and how I can delete it. As it is undeleatable, it says:

"It may be full, or write protected" or something. And that I don't have authorization to delete it.

tvtmd.exe is part of memorymeter

nasty little critter neither spybot nor adaware could remove it as of last month, you might check for the latest updates

you said you used spybot, that sounds like spybot search and destroy a very able spyware removal program

there are new updates available have you downloaded them?

how?

open the program and click on the button that says "search for updates"

after you have updated spybot you can run it again and see if it can deal with your problem, if not then likely you will have to figure out how to remove it manually

Well if your in 98 head to DOS...

Nothing can hide from DOS...

Just get the path and delete the Hoe...

I have XP, I went through Safe Mode. It worked... hopefully.
