If you're talking PCB version 2.0, then it's like this:
PCB 2.0 uses the nForce2 Ultra 400 northbridge, which has support for the newer 400 MHz DDR FSB Athlon XP's (i.e. some 3000+'s and the 3200+.)
Other revisions only use the older A2 or A3 stepping nForce 2 SPP's, which may or may not do a 200 MHz FSB (400 MHz DDR). Most vendors are picking up the Version 2.0 boards, and checking the specs listed by the vendor should help you figure out which one you're looking at. Basically, if it's not 2.0, you're not getting a board that officially supports the 400 MHz DDR FSB. This means if you're planning on getting a 3200+ and the board isn't a 2.0 board, it might not run the processor at it's rated speed. Otherwise, they use the all the same components.
