I got a problem with my monitor atm..

It seems that after I changed resolutions, the monitor died and just showed:

Signal out of range
125 Khz 173 Hz

in a box and just keeps moving around.

what does this mean??? is it broken??? because i could still log on to windows and do stuff but the problem is, i cant see anything. help!!!

What happened was the refresh rate/resolution combination that you set is too high for your monitor, so your monitor went into protect mode.

If you're running Windows XP, hit F8 as windows is booting to bring up your boot selection screen. When that comes up, select "Enable VGA mode" and hit enter. Windows will boot up with default video settings (640x480, 60Hz).

BTW - What resolution/refresh did you set, and what monitor are you using?
