Incoming connection

I use dial up connection. I have a line connected to the phone and the same line connected by another wire to my laptop. Is there anyway so i will be able to accept phone calls on my pc and answer them and talk, and is there a way that if the call was answered by the phone i will be able to join the conversation using my laptop. Thanks.

This service or one like it is the only way I know where you'll be able to talk on your PC or laptop. I used it a while back when it was free.
