STOP 0x0000050

I have been getting this error on both of my home systems whenever I play Dark Age of Camelot-After long time playing or when changing characters, BF1942-Between every map load, and sometimes when i shut down the system. I have run Memtest86 on both systems, they pass without any errors.

Machine 1:
Windows XP Pro SP1
Athlon XP 1800+
Shuttle Sn45G
1024MB HyperX PC3500 (@3200)
GeForce 3 64MB AGP
IBM Deskstar 40GB HDD (Deathstar? Why are they called that?)
DirectX 9 w/ Latest nVidia Drivers

Machine 2:
Windows XP Home SP1
P4 1.6Ghz
Compaq Mobo (?)
512MB DDR PC2100
GeForce 3 64MB AGP
WD 80GB HDD
DirectX 9 w/ Latest nVidia Drivers

Neither System is Overclocked.

Anything?

Possibly power supply or overheating? Have you virus scanned?

No Viruses detected. Heat on Machine one is definately an issue, but Machine 2 runs so cool that the Case fans don't even trottle up.
