Gaming Major problem!

I was just using my computer and decided to clear up some space. I saw the Nforce (or nvidia) audio codecs and decided to delete them thinking they won't affect my soundblaster auidgy 2 since those have different drivers. So it said to restart my computer and I did. It started up saw LanParty logo, Windows XP load screen, and then after that it just goes blackish . I can listen to windows starting up through my headphones but I can't see anything! I don't think unistalling audio codes would have caused this. Please help soon! I've tryed starting up a lot of times no luck.

Go into safe mode by hitting F8 during the startup screen and see if you can run system recovery or reinstall the drivers from there

Now it is automatically bringing a screen asking you to start in various modes. I pressed safe mod, and a list of drivers came up. but then it "froze"

OK, I installed my new sound card to see if that was part of the problem and then restarted in Safe Mode Command Prompt it loads up but then quits reading the hard drive when It gets to mup.sys and just "freezes" up. Sounds like something may be wrong with the hard drive or bad file. Is mup.sys part of Windows XP maybe I should try to Repair it.

Repair will not cause you to re-install applications.
