Medal of honour behind router

Hi, I'm having problems connecting to any MOH servers from behind a BEFRS41 linksys router. I have enabled port forwarding for the relevant ports - but continue to try and connect to server, but connection times out.

Does anyone out there, have any experience with this particular router, and conifiguring it for medal of honour?

Thanks, Steve.

I had trouble last week when Bellsouth upgraded (????) their servers. I had to go into my router ( D Link 614+) and adjust the MTU setting from default to even post repilies here and on Ebay.
Nobody tells you these things before that up and change configurations.

If you are a CLIENT you do not need to forward any ports. You only need port forwarding if you run a server.

Well EA support themselves have told me what ports to open - are you saying they have it wrong?

I have to open ports for other games, so why should MOH be any different?

Would appreciate any further advice on this....

Cheers, Steve.
