Relax, don't do it!
1. To squeeze an extra 330Mhz
2. Doesn't matter if it's rated to for XP3200. You still need to keep an eye on your processor temps to be sure.
3. Depends on what you run. But mostly very marginal. You can't compare the 330Mhz difference as you would on a system below 1Ghz such as 450Mhz Vs. 733Mhz or something...
4. You'll need to raise the FSB (Front Side Bus) and perhaps even the voltage if the CPU isn't getting enough juice. Also need to keep an eye on the PCI bus and AGP bus. Abits boards have PCI and AGP dividers so that shouldn't be dificult. My rules are never exceed 37Mhz on the PCI bus and never exceed 70Mhz on the AGP bus (may depend on the card). Your PCI devices may seem to run fine at the beginning, but later you'll find out how much damage it's actually doing to your devices later.
