Vice City not running correctly!!??

whenever i start vice city it loads up fine but then when the game starts the screen just spins and spins to the left like the look left button is stuck.

I checked my mouse and my keyboard and nothing is stuck down and all my other games that are fairly similar work fine.

i uninstalled and reinstalled the program but that did not help

I LOVE THIS GAME, IT IS LIKE MY CRACK IF I WAS A CRACK HEAD

If you have a gamepad or a joystick with a throttle, set it to the middle.

may also be down to a web cam or scanner anything that uses USB can throw the pad of slightly also the makers of your pad may have a profile update you can download try driverguide.com
check the readme file that comes with vice city it tells what files to delete {withought a re-install }
then on opening the game it re-builds the files
then exit the menu then when yoiu re-launch the menu you can change the display
its a genral vice city bug were on booting up pc and running you cant chage the display were as if you run it then just exit and re-run you can then change the display
Theres a special 3rd Cd {un-official} been made for vice city and theres a dvd version in the making aswell check out screen shots of the cd rom and the upcomming dvd in to pages here
