Uh, between those two, I'd go with the radeon.
Looking at the options, you don't seem to be a hardcore games, so even better might be some older model of all-in-wonder radeon which also has a tvtuner

Well I have a NVIDIA GeForce4 Ti 4200 with AGP8X just now but true, I dont have many games on my machine, just GTA Vice City (hooked on that) And Madden 2003

I only mentioned both of the above as they were the ones I found, so if anyone has some suggestions, I would be very happy to listen.

I just want to be able to make all my videos into DVD's

thanks for replying

between those two, the 5200 would have better performance in games.

the 9200 might have a little better of image quality though.

checkout the TV LEADTEK WINFAST "DELUXE" TV2000XP TV/FM MULTIMEDIA CARD. you can get this cheap @ newegg for a low $50.

edit: the 9200 would have the same image quality as the 5200 since it simply does not have the power to run high AA/AF.

Get a real capture card, not some all-in-blunder garbage.
With a real capture card, you can keep your existing video card, and upgrade that when you want, while keeping the separate capture card.
Matrox RTx10 or RTx100 are the way to go for Real Time video capture/editing.

The guy's looking to transfer his football videos, not making T4.
(I wouldn't pay min $600 for that...)

Basically any card that's vivo (video in/video out) will do for you.

No point in buying another video card. Just get a video capture card.
