RA2 will run, Yuri's Revenge won't!

I prevously posted a topic saying that my computer was having teh blackout problem running RA2 and Yuri's revenge. I ran WIndows Update, and installed SP1, and now RA2 works, but Yuri's Revenge is still the same.

Here is my Setup:

2.8GHz 800MHz fsb Hyperthreading enabled
1GB PC2700 DDR-RAM
PNY GeForceFX 5200 Ultra (soon to be radeon 9700 pro)
Windows XP Professional
Abit IS7 Motherboard
120Gb hdd
52x cd-rw
16x dvd-rom
400w ps

I would say definiely a video driver/DirectX situation causing the problem. Remover the card and any related utilities from your computer and re-boot into Safe Mode. In Safe Mode, change display type to Standard VGA and re-boot. On re-boot disable any virus software and run the latest driver program to update the drivers.

If you installed YR on your DVD-Rom, put YR in your DVD-Rom and put one of the RA2 disks in the burner. That's what happened to me when YR was released. It's one of those known bugs when YR was released. GL

i have the same problem although i am not sure what graphics card i have or how to remove it or even how to reboot into safe mode! would anyone mind terribly giving me a step to step guide of how to sort this problem. Also anyone who plays red alert 2 online has your serial number been pronounced invalid when you try to logon, and when the browser is launched to explain this there is a 404 error? it appears red alert 2 servers are down or something. Thanks for your help.
