Kids HalfLife 2's Settings?

Does anyone knowor have an idea if 4xAA and 8xAF will be good enough to run Halflife2 with all the Eye candy at decent speeds? If you have a top of the line graphics card?

if you have the card that can run fsaa and anisotropy well then yeah sure i say use it. But i don't know if there is a card in existence at the moment that can run half life well with fsaa and anisotropy.

the only two cards that might run it with them is the 9800 pro and the 5900 ultra.

You mean older cards wont be able to use AA and AF? does that mean we wont see the extra eye candy unless we have a 9800 pro or 5900 ultra? By the way is the 9800 pro a 128 or 256mb card?

Well, to be honest, 4xAA and 8xAF is a bit over the top.

2xAA is enough to make games none-jaggy and nice and smooth.

A radeon 9800 pro comes in both flavours, 128 mb ram and 256 mb ram
