Unessecary Picture Noise

i have noticed some picture noise when i connected my Geforce 2 GTS/Pro to my tv screen, and i have seen the quality of tv-out at a friends house, it is flickery and a little blurry but this was just some added noise for no reason. there was a lot of little red pixels flashing everywhere right when i connected the cable, even when it was not on tv out mode, just when i connected the cable the noise was obviously visible on the black tv screen. I have tested the S-Video cable to my digital cable box and it is working fine. could there be something wrong with my video card? i tried on a friends 20" flat screen tv, same thing. i just wanna play games on my big 27" tv screen as of opposed to my 19" montior just for some experiments and stuff like that, blurryness and a little flicker is no problem for me, i just want that static making it unwatchable to go away. What do you think guyz? do i need a new card?

some times its the monitors little jet things at the back messing up. If you just bought the screen take it back and get a new one. I dont think theres anything wrong with your card otherwise it would probably stop working altogether.
