SMARTHEAP errors when using Palm Desktop

When trying add addresses in my Palm Desktop, I get the following errors:
"Not enough memory to add a new address record."
"mem_bad_pointer"
"smartheap error handler recursively re-entered"
That is usually followed up by my Palm Desktop freezing.
Any help here?

2.2 gig mHz processor
512 Meg RAM
Windows XP
Palm Tungston T2 w/ Palm software 4.01

Sounds like not enough Ram in your Tungston to upload that data.
But you can always try the palm venue forum, they’re very helpful
with palm problems.
