installation problem

Ok I downloaded C&C Generals. But when I run setup.exe, it starts loading things to start the installation, and then it stops and pops up with this message I have attached. I have no idea what it means so if anyone can help that would be much appreciated.

Have you looked on their web site. The error is specific to their program.
