best and quietest HSF?

i have the coolermaster HHC-01 the one with the heatpipes...but im getting where i cant take the sound any longer. anyone know of something that can cool a 2400 AMD well and not sound like a room fan?
i dont OC...just run at standard speeds.

On of my buddies picked up Thermaltake's SilentBoost cooler. He's got it on a 3400+ and it keeps it at 42C when the room temp is right around 38C. And he said it's almost silent compared to the V11s he was using.

Have you looked at the Zalman Coolers? Very, very silent.

Also, try looking at the Coolermaster Aero, they are apparently REALLY good at cooling CPU's.

I'm sticking with the retail fan in my next pc, i should be OK as long as i don't OC
