What Modifications?

Could I do to this case?

I don't want a window, they are over done.

I'm thinking of putting a large, silver applique on the left cover of the case, the picture is attatched. (Custom appliques made here )

What else could i do? My knowledge of electronics is small, so nothing too huge, please.

Instead of a standard window, you could take that pic to a machine shop, and if they are high tech enuf, they can cut that out of the side of your case for you. Then you could either leave it, put plexiglass behind it, or put something like tinfoil behind it.
