Asus is the best out of the 3 with experients and benchmarks.

The A7N8X rulez, Abit is good, I have not had any experients with Soltek.

I have an A7N8X Deluxe ... I wouldn't buy another and may have some dead headers on the board - meaning if I test and find it is messed up I will RMA and request a different board - an MSI this time.

Same features dont allways make 2 boards just as good. I am sure the Asus is more reliable and stable for overclocking and benchmarks faster from what I have seen at Tomshardware.com

Yeah the single-channel nForce2's I've heard are supposed to be more powerful than the dual-channel.
