Question about Corsair xms 512mb pc3200C2

What type of oc did anyone get while using this ram? I have it paired with my 512mb corsair pc3200LLPT stick and I always crash when I get to 10.5x200 or 11x >195 with 2.7V(as high as it goes). When I take the pc3200C2 stick out, I can achieve it. When I looked at the mainboard info in sisandra soft, the section where the mem is listed, at the end of the line it said "CL2.5 up to 167mhz," for my pc3200C2 stick. My other ram, the pc3200LLPT, says "CL2 up to 200mhz." So are those setting correct for the pc320C2 and also is this the reason why I can't be sable with both stick installed??

Are both RAM modules the XMS series?
