Kids Outlook Express Query

Hey Everybody
Yesterday my NAV picked up the virus W32.Bugbear.B@mm, on two emails sent from the same source, before I had a chance to open them.
Both of these emails are sitting in quarantine right now.
I downloaded the removal tool from Symantec and followed the instructions. I've rescanned and there is nothing showing up, which is good.
My problem is this: I'm still looking at {2} unopened virus laden messages, everytime I check my email. Normally when I want to delete a message, I just right click on it and hit delete. I'm afraid to do the right click thing on these messages in case that opens them up before they get deleted.
Does anybody know whether I can do the right click thing, with no worry, or perhaps there is another way of deleting these messages with NO fear of them opening up.

I'm going to have to check for responses in the AM. Can't keep my eyes open any longer.

Atomic Rooster will become famous soon enough
Send a message via AIM to Atomic Rooster Send a message via Yahoo to Atomic Rooster
Do this. In Outlook Express, click on Tools > Options > Read tab. Under Reading Messages, uncheck "Automatically download message when viewing in the Preview Pane". Next click on the Security tab and check "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus". You should be able to delete them safely after doing so.
