Make a new system (Help)

Can someone estimate a new system for me? For under 400 dollars? All I want is a new mobo, processor (at least 2.0 ghz), new ram (at least 512), and a new video card. Consider this a challenge..? I am terrible at estimating new systems, so I could really use the help.

ALL you need is Mobo, cpu, memory, and videocard?
You already have a heatsink and fan for CPU, a hard drive,a 300 watt or better power supply, and an ATX case?

My case is ATX 2.03 (at least that is what it says on the power supply. How do I check what wattage the power supply is? I do have a heatsink and a fan for the CPU and I have two hardrives.

Refurbished are great because they have been well tested normally because they dont want to lose even more money on them than they have.

On the sticker on the side of the power supply, (not the case), it should state the maximum wattage...not peak necessarily even though that is important too.

Depending on the kind of cpu you have now you may not want to use your old HSF on a 2000+ XP CPU. They put off a fair amount of heat and if your HSF isnt rated high enough you could burn up the CPU.
The one I mentioned is retail so that means it comes with an AMD certified HeatSinkFan.

refurbished ti4200? hmm... ive seen those 64MB ones sell new for that much.

for $4 more, u get yourself an Athlon XP 2500+ Barton 333 fsb (newegg) that can easily OC to 2ghz @ 400 fsb.

I would like a 128 meg card though, like a Radeon 9500 or something. And my power supply is 300 watts; but how much is a new one anyways? I would like to get a new one of those too.
