Treat web pages as separate parts?

Somewhere in WinXP or OfficeXP there is an option to choose between treating connected web pages (ie: webpage.htm & webpage_files folder) saved to disk as a single unit or as separate files but for the life of me I can't remember where the options are and can't find the answer in Help. Anyone remember where this option is located?

In IE for example, you can do File->Save As->and look at the "save as type" options. (single-complete)

Thanks Steve but that's not it, it's a different setting I'm looking for.

You know how when you save a web page that has any graphics on it, IE will put the graphics in a folder with the same name as the .htm page (webpage.htm + webpage_files for example). You can open the page in Word and delete the graphics from the .htm file but if you then delete the _files folder it takes the .htm file with it. There's a setting somewhere to stop it doing this and treat the file+folder as unconnected but I can't remember where it is or what it's called.

The particular page I'm working on has 1 tiny graphic for the page hit counter and I don't want to save it as a Web Archive (single-file). I'd rather just delete the graphic and save it as a single .htm file.
