Just brought a m/board, could some one tell me what is the best ddr memory that i should get the board is......Asus a7n8x deluxe.

You could use any kind of DDR ram, I had some from www.buyaib.com. It is BUYAIB brand, but it runs very stable and with no errors. They even have lifetime warranties. Also, they come without the high price.

I have to agree with Christian-Comp, Crucial is probably the best option if you can afford it, although I'd go with PC3200 if you ever plan to get a 400FSB chip somewhere down the road when prices come down. PC3200 would also give you ample headroom for OC'ing the 2800+.

OCZ has a decent price/performance ratio but get the Dual Channel Optimized EL if you can afford it. I'm using OCZ PC3200 Performance Series (256x2) in Dual Channel mode with Aggressive timings at the moment on the same model board and haven't had any problems with it but I haven't tried any OC'ing with it yet either.

<edit> Oops, I always get Crucial and Corsair confused... Corsair is of course, the best RAM money can buy. Expensive as hell though
