I have to agree with Christian-Comp, Crucial is probably the best option if you can afford it, although I'd go with PC3200 if you ever plan to get a 400FSB chip somewhere down the road when prices come down. PC3200 would also give you ample headroom for OC'ing the 2800+.
OCZ has a decent price/performance ratio but get the Dual Channel Optimized EL if you can afford it. I'm using OCZ PC3200 Performance Series (256x2) in Dual Channel mode with Aggressive timings at the moment on the same model board and haven't had any problems with it but I haven't tried any OC'ing with it yet either.

<edit> Oops, I always get Crucial and Corsair confused... Corsair is of course, the best RAM money can buy. Expensive as hell though
