Add service in win2k

How do I add a service in Windows 2000 Professional? I want my firewall to run as a service.

go to start> control panel> user accounts

you will be able to create local accounts for others

as for a firewall just enable it to start up for everyone and you should be good to go

(easy way to do this is go to start> run> programs> click click on start up and click open all users. then add in the .exe for the firewall you want to use. this way who ever logs in will have the firewall start for them and not just one person.

dont know what firewall software is good head on over here

Yeah, but I want it to also run when nobody is logged in, which wouldn't happen with the start menu thing. I used a firewall called Tiny Personal Firewall which added itself as a service somehow, I am just trying to figure out how to do it manually.
