Using Stuffit

I am using the latest version of stuffit8.0.It say it has the capabilities to be able to convert Mac icon files to be read by Windows XP.I don't have a clue how to do this.I've been trying for 2 days and can't seem to figure it out. I'm also using Axialis IconWorkshop to convert the files.Trouble is.I can't get the files with stuffit to expand correctly.Iconworkshop say it reads these MAC files ICNS, RSC and _ICON.But,all I see is RSCR and I cannot rename them.Expandit is suppose to open .sit files but again no luck.HELP!!I'm totally baffled.I have followed instructions and stuffit and Axialis without any luck.

I'm not a user of Stuffit 8 on a mac, I own an older Stuffit program. If I remember correctly, Stuffit offers a separate program for expanding, stuffit expander. Is it possible that the Icon conversion program is not part of the Stuffit archivng program? Maybe the icon converter is a different program, not contained inside Stuffit.

BTW, press the space bar at least once after each period, it helps the post look better and that would make your post easier to read.

Easier to read means easier to understand as well.

Personally, I like using no punctuation at all. But there goes that idea!
