Absolute newbe in networking:
Compaq machines running win98.
One machine is printing OK to HP Standard TCP/IP Port. Another machine should print to the same printer but doesn't have TCP/IP available in the Ports List.
It looks that the TCP/IP is properly setup in the network configuration and Files and Printer Sharing is enabled. But the TCP/IP is not an option for Printer Port in this second machine.
Please help.

Have you installed TCP/IP on the second machine? I'm not an expert in this either, but if you need that to run the other printer, you may have to install it off your Win98 disc.
