Namie is on a distinguished road
NDIS.sys DRIVER_IRQL_NOTLESS_OR_EQUAL

When I am downloading I recieve this blue screen!

I have Netgear FA311 and have updated to v1.80 drivers and still recieve this error!

Any suggestions?

This is a common problem with WinNT-based operating system. You likely have a device driver error. Did it start after installing the Netgear driver? If so, then try booting to safe mode and removing the device from the hardware profile. Disconnect the hardware, then reboot.

If this fixes the problem, then you will need to obtain a different driver for your Netgear FA311, perhaps even an older driver version.
