how do enter bios?

I set up my computer to boot from the cd rom and then the hard disk, but now i need to change the settings. How do I enter the bios? It goes really fast right from the biostar logo to the prompt saying i need to put a system disk in the CDROm.

try f2 or delete. who makes the motherboard or the computer?
