Good racing wheel and game?

Anyone got any suggestions for a good FF wheel and a game to go with it?

I've been eyeing Toca: Race Driver, but i've not actually played it yet (my pc prolly couldn't run it anyway, but i'm fixing this problem).

Thanks.

u know what - im not sure if u are going for a cheap ff wheel - or if u were asking about the BEST wheel...

so heres what i got - i went to overstock.com and got my wheel from there. 2 months ago - they carried and i think they still carry the logitech ff red wheel - i got it for around $22 bucks after a 5 dollar off coupon and it plays real well - i see it at best buy and circuit city for 69.99 nowadays. so i got a great deal - and im sure u can too. shipping was only 2 bucks.

anyway, if u are looking for better wheels - there is always the microsoft ff2 wheel and the logitech momo ff wheel - both cost upwards to about $100.

but a wheel is something u keep for a while - and it really never becomes obsolete - im sure your pc system will become archaic before the wheel does.

as for racing games - i bought need for speed 6: hot pursuit 2 for it - and i run it at max everything with my 9700 and it looks just gorgeous! it helps that i have a huge sound system hooked to my pc - and a 500 watt 12" sub that RUMBLES my entire room when i go on the shoulder of the road or run over an old wooden bridge - what a game!

i am looking into f-1 2002 - i heard thats a nice game, but would like to try out midnight club 2 as well.

now is probably a good time to get a MS wheel - as they are pulling out of hardware a lot of retailers are discounting heavily.
I picked up a FF Sidewinder stick with 40% off in a sale recently

As for racing games, all my favourites are quite old now, but that also means they are cheap

Colin McRae Rally 2.0, Rally Trophy, Grand Prix Legends (with all the add-ons) are great fun and can be had for very little money. All still look good by todays standards.
