Water Cooling- Can i design/make it myself

i really know a little bit about Water Cooling , i'm a junior Mechanical Engineer ( have a good knowledge about Thermal applications )

i read here alot about Water Cooling systems, but i didn't read anything to help if i want to design and make my own water cooling system -- do you think it's possible??

do you have any link tell about that?
did anyone made it before?
