I jus built a new pc and Im having trouble getting the video to work on my windows media player for office xp pro. the sound works fine, but i have no picture. what do i have to do?

prolly just need to download and install some codecs

What kind of file you tryin to play?

Try NIMO Codecs and

DVDRHelp may help as well.
