It is because the processor is rated to run at 100MHz fsb. What you are trying to do, in essence, is overclock the system when you turn it to 133MHz fsb. If you are setting the processor to run at 133, then the system is trying to run the processor at 1600MHz. The 1.2 GHz's multiplier is set to 12. (12x100=1.2 / 12x133=1596) You may be able to set the RAM fsb at 133, but only if your ram can handle it. On that board, you can set the RAM and processor speeds differently, I believe. Faster RAM will improve system performance.
If you want to get into overclocking, we can give you advice on what settings might be best. Then you could get more than 1.2GHz out of the processor. But, I don't believe you are trying to do this now, so I will hold off.
