independent correspondence school anyone used them to study for there MCSE? if so what did you think.

You would probably be just as well off and come out cheaper doing it yourself. There are a million books on it and even more websites.

Since the MCSE is a pretty de-valued cert anymore, where you got it wont make much difference.

Get a couple of cheap boxes, evaluation software from MS and try to do what the books say.

There are plenty of knowlegeable people here that would be gald to help if you get stumped.

Plus keep your eye on the 2003 exam, it will be out soon and it may be worth considering.
