Allied 400w or Austin 450w PSU?

I have to order a power supply soon, i think mine is going bad slowly. Anyways, what do you guys think ........ Allied 400w or Austin 450w power supply? They are both AMD recommended, and the Austin is cheaper. I plan on upgrading to a asus a7n8x-dlx w/ barton 2500. I have a radeon 9200 and alot of lights/fancy stuff in my case.

Thanks
