I got some UV lights in my case and I want to install a switch on the outside. How and with what should I drill a hole with into my aluminum case?

Best bet is to drill a hole first, and then use a dremel with stone wheels to enlarge the hole to the size you need. Otherwise, if it is a simple flip switch, just drill the hole to size. Aluminum is relatively easy to work with, just watch out for aluminum slivers...they hurt like a bass turd.

I did what Red Fury is talking about. It works great on small holes, but horribly on big holes if you don't take your time.

It is a Coolermaster Case. It is an ATCS, but i forget the exact model. I'm going to put the hole in the lower left of the front switch. Across from the Reset button. There is a window that covers the area. So when I open the window the switch, cdroms, and buttons can be accessed. Let me go find a picture.

The red circle with the S is where I want the switch.
