unbiased reply:Should i put on winxp.

Im using win98 and im tired of this look. I wanna put on winxp but will it still play games fine. Ill have 256mb ddr 2100 ram.

It handles memory better...it better supports and uses newer hardware.

if u are tired of the look u can always resort to themes. if u want to upgrade to xp, it's best to do a clean install.

XP will run games better on systems that have the power to do it. Don't expect any speed upgrades if you run 2000/XP on a Celeron 333 with 128mb RAM. If you have less than 160mb, fuggedabutit, I can't stand 2000 on 128mb even when I'm just surfing.

ok cool ill try it. I found a review win98 vs. winxp. The conclusion was winxp handled memory leaks way better than win 98 but lost to win98 in fps. Sounds good to me.
