Apple Icons.How can I use in Windows XP

How can I use Icons that were developed for Apple on a Win XP machine.Is there a program that translates the different types of files that both use.I have Microangelo,but can't open the Apple Icons.What can I do?Or is it hopeless?They have such cool looking Icons.I've been to all the sites and some have Win XP versions.But, most don't.

I didnt find the Apple icons but I found an awesome Mac Theme! The only left is the icons. So if you fins some good ones tell me
This theme is located in themexp.org, first you need to download the program called stylexp. Its really cool, looks a lot like Mac.

Yea,I got Style XP on my computer.Pretty awsom.Really makes a difference from the same ole boring Windows themes.

Axialis Iconworkshop is the best program to convert icons...

BTW, I also changed my WinXP to look totally Mac OS X, docking, calendar and everything.
