COMP WONT GO PAST BIOS!

I installed Star Wars Galaxies and after it was done i shut off my computer for a bit. And when i went to turn it back on, the computer went straight to my bios and said it had started up in safe mode cause somethin wasnt performing right. I went through it and everything seemed normal so i got out of it and when i did the computer restart and went back to same screen. WHAT CAN I DO TO FIX THIS?!

try uninstalling the game first. If that doesn't help, then you may need to restart in DOS and run regedit /restore and go back to a registry setting before you installed Galaxies.

Is it stuck at the bios or in windows safe mode? Is the CPU fan turning?

I cant even get to the windows log on screen so there is no way to uninstall the game. and i am stuck in the bios.

alright i just turned it on again and its now working, i dont want this to happen again. are there any ways to prevent it in the future... and yes the fans were turning.
