I will be moving out to go to school in a few months with high speed light . Now I have win xp home and a ps2 runing of of a hub which is connected to a router, if I install another network card and hook it up to the hub will that work I no I can just hook up the ps2 to the second card but would like to have more ports.
From the computer to the hub will I need a crossover cable or a straight through.
my gess would be a stright. The onyl real reason that you would need a crossover is if you are networking jsut 2 computers or connection 2 hubs with no uplink ports.
