Slow-down program for XP?
Hello everyone. I really don't know how to explain what I'm looking for here... But I'll try my best.
I once had a program that will allow you to speed up or slow down programs that you run in Windows XP? I once had a program like this for Windows 98, but it won't work in XP.
I'm looking for a program that will let you choose the speed that applications will run on your computer and will work in Windows XP. Like for instance... If you were watching a flash file on the internet and it was too fast for you, you would adjust something on the program and it would allow you to watch the flash file much more slowly.
Does anyone know of anything like this?
