I have overclocked my P4 2.4B to 2.8 but I have blue screens once in a while. I just set my vcore to 1.625...is that to much for a P4. Could there be something dumb that im overlooking? I am idleing at 44 and it never goes over 48 full load.

Voltage does not kill the processor in most cases. It is the associated heat with the increased voltage that kills the chip. If you are still at 48C under 100% CPU usage on a hot day, I would not worry about it.
i got a 2.4C running at 1.84 Vcore. I''m not sure if should worry about it since i got water cooling on it. 30 or lower on idle and 36 max for full load.
again, i don't think raising vcore is a big deal IF you have proper cooling to go with it.
