software for netgear rt338 isdn router

Hi all.. I have a netgear rt338 isdn router that is suddenly not functioning properly.
I can only get to its options via telnet cause I don't have the netgear config software that came with it. (bought the router used)

Tech support for netgear is lame.. they keep sending me emails to use the software.. but wont tell me how to get it.

If anyone knows where I can get this or has a copy of it I would sure be greatfull

unfortunately that zip file is only a config file for the firmware or something.. no executable file
