winfile.exe

Attempting to install a program that was released in 2001. At one point my installation asks for the location of my Windows folder which I browse to C:\WINDOWS-at that time a box comes that WINFILE.EXE
cannot be found. I look in Windows Explorer and winfile.exe is located in the C:\WINDOWS path. Got no clue on this one.
Have Windows xp with 512 MB OF MEMORY AND A PENTIUM III PROCESSOR.

Winfile is an old school file manager. You'll find it on any install of Windows NT 4.0 in the c:\winnt directory if my memory serves correctly. It's a nice little app but I have no idea why any modern application would need it.
